How do I return my order?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact info@diveire.com first.

Include your order number in the subject line and let us know what the issue is. Our customer support team will prioritise your request and do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process.

If your order has not yet arrived, you can request a status update by contacting our customer support team via email. Please include your order number and send your message from the same email address you used to place your order.

Before contacting your payment provider or opening a payment dispute, we kindly ask that you contact Diveire first at info@diveire.com with the subject line "Order Delay" and briefly explain the situation.

Messages sent directly to Diveire are given the highest priority. In most cases, we can resolve delivery issues much faster than if a payment dispute is opened through your payment provider or bank.

When can I expect my order?

We believe you shouldn't have to pay more than necessary for high-quality products. That's why we ship our products directly from our supplier.

By shipping directly, we save on storage, packaging, and handling costs, allowing us to offer our products at fair and competitive prices.

The order process consists of two stages:

Processing Time:

Your order is confirmed, quality-checked, and carefully packed. All orders are dispatched to our distribution centre within 48 hours of being placed.

Delivery Time:

This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our distribution centre to your delivery address.

Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days. Please note that, in some cases, delivery may take a little longer due to carrier or customs delays that are beyond our control.

Not satisfied with your order?

We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Before contacting your payment provider or opening a payment dispute, we kindly ask that you contact Diveire first at info@diveire.com with the subject line "Dispute" and briefly explain what has happened.

These emails receive the highest priority, and in most cases we can resolve your issue much faster than if you open a dispute through your payment provider or bank.

We appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will do our best to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can track your order using your 4- or 5-digit order number (e.g. #12345) and the email address you used to place your order.

Why isn't my tracking information showing any updates?

Tracking information becomes available once your parcel has been received and processed by the shipping carrier.

Please note that tracking updates are not always immediate. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the carrier to scan your parcel and update the tracking information.

If your tracking details have not been updated for an extended period, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
